Peakfinder.com lists the altitude of Sanson Peak at 7402 feet, with the following coordinates: North 51; 09; 05, West 115; 35; 00. Photographs below show Bimaculoides enjoying the view at the observatory, with the GPS displaying an altitude of 7537 feet, and coordinates: North 51 deg 8.827′, West 115 deg 34.716′. The peakfinder.com altitude of 7402 feet should be accepted, as the vertical accuracy of handheld GPS units is usually poor - the photographs are evidence that Bimaculoides was actually there.
